This Thursday will be the inaugural combined WVN Convention. I would like to clarify and provide information for church treasurers prior to Convention.
CCKs
NMI will be collecting Crisis Care Kits during convention and assembly. Place boxes in the large hallway area behind the tabernacle platform. Please remember with each banana box, the following is needed to cover cost:
1. Check payable to General Treasurer in the amount of $12 (duty money, covers cost of storage, and delivery to the crisis site. Equivalent to $2 per bag.)

Convention Offerings
Please forward the following to your church treasurers. Two offerings will be received at Convention.
We will receive a deputation offering for the Giles family. Deputation checks will be made out to WVN NMI,
memo: Speaker Stipend / Giles.
The 2nd offering will be to offset convention costs. Checks for this specific offering will be made out to WVN District, memo: Convention Expenses.
